Yasmine Smith
FOUNDING PARTNER
Yasmine Smith is a born and raised Austinite and a founding member of Abundance Law. Yasmine assists clients with Business Incorporation, Estate & Probate Law, Oil & Gas Contracts, and Real Estate issues.

Additionally, as an active member in various non-profit organizations, Yasmine is especially excited to assist non-profits in drafting grant proposals.Prior to working at Abundance Law, Yasmine worked for the city of Austin focusing especially on employment law (with an emphasis on the ADA), technology law, municipal operations, and constitutional law. Additionally, Yasmine has served the various non-profit agencies in a legal capacity and as a board member. At the Law Offices of Gilbert Prud'homme, Yasmine gained valuable existence assisting clients with real estate issues, probate, and entity formation.
In her free time, Yasmine enjoys community organizing and dancing.
